Replacing Laptop Screen

[foozy]

I picked up a Samsung 305e5a laptop with a broken screen.

A replacement would cost me about $120.00 on ebay.

Is there any other screen I could use that would be compatible with this laptop for a lower price? I wouldn't mind a higher resolution either

Thanks for the help!

You have to determine what panel you need, which can be a bitch. See if you can find it on a forum somewhere or pull your broken one and see if it has any stickers on it.

Thanks guys. Have you ever dealt with screenteckinc?

BBB.org gives em an A- rating, but other sources give mixed reviews on them.

They also got the blackfriday 15% off coupon code.

I'm sort of in the same boat as you. However, I've tried ordering my screen from two companies and received refunds almost immediately due to the screen not being in stock. Currently on the phone with Dell now. I've been on the hunt for over a month with no luck, and this laptop just came out 13 months ago >_<

Let us know if you have any luck. It may be time for another laptop for me though, unfortunately.
