Replacing BOSE IE2 headphones

After a year of use, my BOSE IE2s plastic cable has started to decay and literally fall off. This resulted in loss of audio on the right earbud. I love it to death, but they're too expensive for me to buy another one. It was my third pair that I had to replace within 4 years and they're over $100 each, so I need a cheaper alternative.

So I went on amazon and got this:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C30FCUI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The audio is okay for the price but what I am not liking is the generic curve shaped plastic that goes into your ear. There is nothing wrong with it, but I have just been spoiled by how well the IE2's fitted into my ears.

My question is, does anyone know where I can get the "fin" shaped ear bud tips that can attach to generic sized headphones that look similar to the IE2s in the link below?
