Yep, you'll be fine. But out of curiosity, is that an 80W PSU, or a brick with 80W DC-DC adapter?
 
Depending on the quality of your brick, it may not actually do 80W cleanly (within ATX tolerances). That aside, I think your system will be in the 60-65W range, which will still be fine.
