How much would yall give for these 2 machines?

They are to replace a dying p1 233mhz 96mb ram 10GB IDE hdd server.

Compaq ml370 4u rackmount
-Dual PIII 733mhz
-1.25GB ram
-4 x 18.2gig scsi (curently in 3 x 18.2 raid5 array with 1 hot spare)
-compaq smart array 5i raid controller

HP Netserver LH4r
-Quad Xeon 400mhz
-1 gig ram
-8 x 18.2gig scsi
-hp netraid raid controller (16mb cache)
-hp remote managment card
-fore systems atm card
-3com nic

^^^ is an 8U case heavy so

The p1 233 does a lot of mysql and apache work. My guess would be for the dual setup. Plus i like the raid 5 setup. So how much do yall think these things are worth?
