In my main work computer I have a 645watt PSU (ablecom/Supermicro sp645-ps) that runs dual 3Ghz xeons. Well it has a 24pin connector, a 4pin 12V connector, and a 8 pin 12V connector that all connect to the mobo. I'm looking for a replacement for it but I'm having a bit trouble trying to find a PSU that has both a 4 and 8 pin 12V connectors.
Would I be able to use:

Take the cpu 4/8 pin connector and use it for the 4pin 12V and take a 6+2 PCIe and use it for the 12V 8pin connector?
