Replacement PSU but with conditions.

Looking for a PSU in the 350 - 380 maybe even a 400 watt range. Usually not a hard thing, but here is the situation. This is for my HTPC. Currently I have an Antec Overture with a built in 380W PSU (specs here). The PSU in this case is in FRONT (it's a desktop case), right. A remote I/O switch and AC plug is wired to the back of the case and then runs to the PSU along the perimeter. Cutting to the chase, I need a PSU that has circulation going from the front to back (of the PSU), not on top (don't care if it's there or not). So there has to be some vent holes... Since the power cord going into the PSU is INSIDE the case (backward from every other PSU) and on the SAME side as the power connectors, a replacement PSU looks to be tricky. See image. What I'd like is a fan blowing out the exhaust side and an intake fan. As it is now, there is only an intake fan and I've added a fan between the PSU and case to help blow hot air out. Cost isn't the primary concern. Good heat release/exchange (right terminology?) is a must and an added bonus would be low noise.
I have removed the plate on top of the PSU, so if there were a fan there it'd be alright.

System:
AMD 3200+, Asus A7V600, NV 6800 with AC5, PVR-350, PVR-350, Audigy 2 ZS, Linksys wireless LAN

Thanks.

If i were you, i'd get rid of this case and get a better one then get a good PSU. I don't think you will find a PSU like this very easily.

Thank you for your suggestion but at the moment the case I'd like to get isn't avilable - an A-Tech HeatSync. So I'm waiting.

I Googled this case and it is a very nice case indeed. However, the Ahanix cases is also very nice so you can check it if you wish unless you did enough research already.

Yeah, I've been watching A-Tech cases for a long time. True, Ahanix makes some great cases, too, but my heart is on the HeatSync. I'd only not get a HeatSync if my mobo/cpu/gpu aren't compatible with his heat pipes. At which time I'd get any of his other cases - more than likely an A-Tech 5000. A-Tech
