I purchased a Belkin 4-Port USB Hub (F5U304) early this year while I was away at college and misplaced the power supply when I moved home for the summer.

I was wondering if you guys could find a link to a replacement power supply at low cost?

Power Supply:
Output: DC 6V, 2.1A
Plug Size: 3.5mm (outer)
1.0mm (center)
Plug Polarity: Center-pin positive

Link to the manual

I searched on ebay (where I usually get my USB cables from) but was unable to find the right power supply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's probably not worth the trouble. Why not just buy a second hub? Does the hub work without the power supply for low-power devices (i.e. mice, keyboards)? If so, then keep it as a spare

I was hoping I could just pick up the power supply for around $5 but anything more than that isn't worth it. The hub still works for keyboards and mice so it's not a total loss.

Do you think that the hub without the power supply could hand a keyboard, mouse, USB storage device, and one other peripheral?

Radio shack probably has you covered. Though that wouldn't be the cheapest. Best bet for el'cheapo, is to find a spare wall wart with the right voltage and current rating, or buy if you have to. Then splice on the right type of connector, if you can find one.

As above stated, it is probably cheaper to buy a new hub though.
