Replacement HSF for P4 423

I'm needing to replace the CPU fan on my P4 socket 423 chip... figured while I'm in there I'm going to pull the heatsink and put on some thermal paste, might as well upgrade the HSF setup a tad right? Except, I really can't find anything for it that seems too great.. and a lot of my little searches end up bringing tons of results for Athlon XP heatsinks... are the two the same?? Any recommendations??
