Replacement GPU fan

I've got this old Geforce FX5200 card where the GPU fan has died. It's the NVG34AM model from Prolink, Prolink NVG34AM. I was able to get the fan off the GPU, but I'm not sure how to measure to find a replacement. It's set up as a 2 piece configuration. There's the bottom part which acts as the heatsink and sits on top of the GPU mounted to the card and is also a housing for the circular fan. The circular fan sits inside and screws to the GPU. I'm not sure how the fan sizes are measured for circular fans; do I just measure diagonally? It's also a 2 pin fan so looking around at newegg, there's only 3 selections available for 2 pin fans. Any suggestions? Thanks
 
just find a spare 80mm fan and ziptie it right over the whole card/old cooler... old ratty card like that... $10 on a new cooler cannot be justified.
