Replacement for DS3

Im looking at finally sending this DS3 for an RMA bc i cant get the board to run with 2 gigs and the cold boot issues are really annoying. Im wondering what you guys would suggest as a replacement. Right now im looking at possibly the DFI 965-S or the new Abit quadGT looks very promising.

Also id like to make sure whatever board i get works with this ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227139 and overclocks nicely :0
 
i tell everyone how much i rate the 650i MSI boards... i love them theyre rock solid for me, and cheap.
 
Platinum version has the heat pipe configuration and it has a single ESata port on it, other than that they are pretty much identical. Both overclock well.

Just got my FI last week and love it, 3200 MHz on an Allendale chip E4300.

I wouldn't hesitate to suggest either one at this point, they are both great boards.
