Replacement for a Thermaltake front LED panel

I'm looking for an LED panel to replace my Thermaltake blue front panel. I've got a V2000A case and would like a different color panel...preferably blood red...any ideas? Please keep in mind...I'm not after one of TT's std. replacements...flashers w/ their own inverters...just a solid always on blood red panel...I have my own stencil...I just don't want it to be this 'sky blue' color.
 
If you have the stencil, wouldn't you just be able to put a cold cathode behind it? Cut the design out of some halfway decent metal and you should be good.

I don't think I'm understanding what you're asking though, explain?
