Hey guys, I have a Shuttle SB62G2 and I have the old style PSU with 220w and its pretty loud. I was wondering what kind of 40mm replacement fans I could get that move optimal air, but are silent. Please let me know. Thanks.

I also posted this in the Small Form Factor System but I know for a fact that General Hardware gets more hits.

why not just search around for 40mm fans and compare their noise ratio to air flow ratio.

I have seen posts on this forum and others about people who have modded their psus to be more silent. The info is readily available if you search.

SilenX fans are what's used in the newer Shuttle PSUs.

You could also buy the 250W for relatively cheap, if it'd fit your chassis.
