Replacement fans for Shuttle PSU

Hey guys, I have a Shuttle SB62G2 and I have the old style PSU with 225w and its pretty loud. I was wondering what kind of 40mm replacement fans I could get that move optimal air, but are silent. Please let me know. Thanks.
