Replacement Dell Reinstallation cd

We have a dell with Windows XP home on it and would like to reinstall, but we lost the cd and dont have another XP Home cd. The product key is written on a sticker on the side of the comp. Is there any way I could replace this cd or just get a xindows xp home cd without a product key for cheaps?
