Replacement cooler for 4870

The fan that came with my crappy HIS card pretty much seized up completely and im looking for a replacement cooler on the cheap. I just need something simple that would at least perform as well as the stock cooler did when it was working. Everything i looked at that supported a 4870 was far too expensive. Could anyone give me some recommendations? I would REALLY prefer it if there was something <30$.
