Replacement Battery for iPaq Model 3640

Hello all, I'm seeking out a replacement battery for the iPaq Model 3640. A friend of mine picked it up and the battery is shot on it. Seems like most of the batteries out there are aftermarket.

Anyone have any experience with them? Or which were good performers, or what brands to avoid?
