Replace with same mobo, RE-INSTALL OS?

Do I need to re-install the OS if I'm replacing the mobo with the exact same model?

Generaly no.

One thing that might cause issues though are different bios versions. Generaly this is only an issue if you are using onboard raid.

also make sure to put addon cards back in the same spot
