I got a PCP&C 510 SLI. Love the PSU, but it is really noisy. Looked at fan and it looks like my boat prop.

Will any bad things happen if I toss the fan and use a quieter 80mm fan?

I replaced the fan in my pcp&p 1k-quad with a panaflo L 80mm. The computer ran fine 24/7 using around 400 watts, though the PSU casing did get quite warm. The fan connector they used was not standard (I spliced mine, though there are many other options).

I have no idea what their stance is on warranty, and they don't put those tampering stickers anywhere. But I'm quite sure it is void

PPP&C use a power single fan configuration becuase their design requires one. The internal components are packed together so tightly that a weaker fan will not get airflow to some vital parts of the PSU causing them to overhead which will eventually lead to premature failure.
