Hey Guys. I was hoping that I could get some help here. I wanted to build a small render farm with 2 or 3 computers. I know that the memory is more important than the proc, so there fore I 'm going to be getting 512 MB of PC3200 for each machine that will run on a 1.6GHz Duron.

Do you all think that this will be sufficent? Thanks.

Here is the setup for each comptuer at newegg

A 1.6GHz duron has a 266MHz FSB doesnt it? So it wont be able to take advantage of PC3200, all you would need for that would be PC2100. Or PC2700 if the FSB was to be overclocked slightly, and you could underclock the PC2700 for tighter timings, like AMD likes I think?
