Removing the L90d+ from its base?

Hello all,

My L90d+ has developed a bunch of vertical lines of dead pixels and I am planning on RMA'ing it, but I can't figure out how to take the base off to put it back into its box. Does anyone know how it's done?

i recieved a bad one too and RMAed it, got a perfect one the second time...its a real pain to get the base off but i managed to do it, you gotta get those plastic clips to lift off the base...ugh i dont know if i could even do it again if i had to.... :rolleyes:
 
I had the same issue with my l90d+ and RMAed it. At first they tried to blame it on me or UPS but I sent in a bunch of pictures of the problem progressing throughout the weeks. The base was hard to get off. I just used a flathead screw driver for the clips.

I had backlight problems at first.
