Removing SATA PSU connectors

Hey all,

About to begin a sleeving project with my Enermax Noisetaker AX PSU this week. I've got almost everything I need, but I did forget to ask one final question. How do you remove SATA connectors from the PSU cables? I have a molex remover for the 5.25" connectors and one for the ATX connectors. I haven't gotten a close look at the SATA connectors yet, but I figure someone has already done this before here. Any advice is appreciated.
 
Cut the wires some 5-10 cm from the connector, put on the sleeving, solder the wires back together (remember heatshrink), finish the sleeving.
 
They're not meant to be neatly removed, as the connector is "molded" onto the wire--not sure of the technical term. There are third-party connectors available that are removable and reusable. Otherwise, the cut-wire-then-reattach method described earlier works great.
