• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Hey all. An annoying problem somehow appeared and now every time I turn on the computer, it goes to a screen that prompts me to type in a password. How do I bypass this in order to boot straight to the desktop without being asked for the password?

in XP, go to control panel, and go to User Accounts and delete every account but yours and guest (which should be turned off). if you have a A.ASP or w/e account, say you want to delete it but when it asks if to keep files, say yes to that. Should log you in automatically now

tweakui will do it as will the reg edit method but the best way is to just go to start, run, and type "control userpasswords2" and hit run. Uncheck the box next to users must enter a username and password to use this computer and hit ok. A box will pop up asking you what user name and password you want to use. Enter the usename and password for your account and hit ok. You are done.

Tweak UI does the same thing but for just doing this you don't need to download and install it. Registry method is more work that isn't needed.
