last time i wondered how to get rid of broken screws, I got rid of those by drilling it and now I realized a new problem.

At first i thought all the screws would have let the case open however it seems like the main gpu part have tiny screws. I am wondering what type of screw driver would I need to remove those tiny screws without breaking them?

Just need the correct size phillips screwdriver. If you don't have one that fits tightly, take the card to a hardware store and find one that does. If you're tip is too loose ,then yeah, you'll strip out the screwheads.

however, it seems extremely tight, feels like those small screw drivers wont be able to turn it. or is there head attachments for a big grip screw that is that small?

The screws on the GPU bracket are under tension by the bracket itself.

I would buy a set of jewlers screwdrivers, those are the only ones that will be small enough.
place the screwdriver, the grasp the shaft of the driver with a needle nose plier.
use the plier to provide the torque you need to loosen the screw.

It will come out. I've placed watercooling on those cards, you just need to go slow and be careful.

i got the screws out than i ran into the problem of the replacement fan doesnt fit the gfx card. mainly because the arrow part in mine was smaller so i had to trim the plastic and got it working fine.
