I have a Antec 902 as my spare i7 rig and want to kill all that damn light the fans put off. When I bought the case I didnt look into it (got it real cheap from micro center as an impulse buy) and now it is bothering me. I'm not into the ooo-cool gaming OMG HAXor case look, but am now stuck with it.

Any ideas?
 
buy new fans is the proper solution, alternate is to pull out the fans and cut the wires to the LEDs.
 
I have a Twelve Hundred and a Nine Hundred Two. None of the stock fans have ever spun. ;)
 
I cut the wires out of some Tt 80mm LED fans before. I imagine as long as you keep the positive and negative wires from touching it will be fine.
 
probably gunna knife em. They do an OK job pushing air, but are way to loud for their CFM.
