remove 5900 ihs or not to

how much of a gain will i get, i plan on some time in near future getting a zm80c-hp and i want to get the best cooling poccible but does removing the ihs only yield like 1 or 2 degrees C or does it do a rather large difference
/me does not completely justify the removal if he wont get much out of it
 
maybe about an extra 13mhz. If yer a mhz'tionist then do it, otherwise, not as worth it.
