I have the 12G-P5-4868-KL
3080 hybrid is it possible to easily remove hybrid setup and put a waterblock on it for a customer loop?

thanks

There's nothing special about their assembly that would make it more difficult to disassemble than other GPUs. It's only the opposite (adding an AIO cooler to an existing card) which can present challenges if the cooler is not specifically made for whatever model you have.
Just don't neglect the obvious stuff, e.g. consult your desired waterblock manufacturer's compatibility lists, make sure you have some backup thermal paste and pads in case you mess any of it up and need to redo, etc.

It's most likely the same PCB as at least one other EVGA 3080 - they might have even used the same PCB for 10GB and 12GB cards.

This....

There are a lot of the same PCBs with different coolers from the factory...

search up your model of card with like repaste or teardown or thermal pad replacement and you probably can find a video or pictures of someone tear it apart to see the PCB. Then do the same with other cards to see the matching PCB.
