Can anyone suggest a cheap case where the motherboard tray w/ the I/O shield holder and the PCI bracket support all come out in one piece? I want to build a custom wooden case that I can wall mount and I figured that I could build the case around the mobo tray. It would save me alot of work to not have to make my own tray.

Thanks,
CP

i remember seeing a website that sold the tray for 10 - 15 bucks. upon a froogle search it came up with weirdstuff.com but they dont have any, and the item number doesnt even come up with anything.

el cheapo case on newegg with a removeable tray http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811144124

in the past when i saw someone needing a tray, most would just go out and buy a cheap case and use the tray from that and then end up using the rest of the case for scrap and such.

Please notice that Mobo tray doesn't include the back I/O and PCI plates. Pops out from inside.

Used to be there were many cheap cases with FULL removable mobo trays, not anymore.
Which is a shame as they are very useful IMO.

Here an Aluminum Lian Li tray for $25 : http://www.performance-pcs.com/cata...d=3387&zenid=9bd475a68dc3ba8f02a13e5a7c6e8058

Should be just what you need for that wooden case ccfpark.

That Lian Li tray is exactly what I needed :D - What's really cool about that is the thumb screws and that performance PC will put in a 92mm fan hole for me - I have wood working tools, but nothing for metal working.

Thanks!!
