Remote Shutdown Multiple Win98 Comps

Does anyone know of a utility to shutdown multiple windows 98 computers remotely? Ideally one that doesn't require any client software. Even a way to do this with a script/batch file would be helpful.

I believe shutdown.exe in the admin pack will do it.

Won't work for 9x, IIRC.

The command for shutting down a Win98 computer is:

c:\windows\rundll32.exe user,exitwindows

If you want the pc's to shut down at a particular time of day, simply put that line in a bat file and set a schedule for it to run.
