Remote Desktop Issue

I have the computer running WinXP Pro and the laptop running WinXP Home. I installed the remote desktop utility on XP Home. I am sharing drives and printers using a router between the two computers and everything works fine. I can access the PC through the laptop using Remote Desktop. The problem is I CAN NOT access the laptop using Remote Desktop on the PC. I get the following error:

The client could not connect to the remote computer.

Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections.
It is also possible that network problems are preventing your connection.

Please try connecting again later. If the problem continues to occur, contact your administrator.

Any ideas? I searched all over google groups and microsoft and couldn't fine a solution :(
 
Unless something changed from before...that utility only allows you to connect to other machines...not inbound connections. I used to run it on some Win2000 machines back before I started using Win2003 Server and XP Pro for everything.
 
That's what I was thinking. What a bad limitation :( So my only option is to upgrade to XP Pro or install a third party software like PC Anywhere.

Or something free like VNC.
