I just purchased the ddts-100 and i'm trying to configure the universal cable remote to control these.

anyone know where i can get the code... the manuals don't show it for either one and a few google searches don't really help either :(

The Xbox remote looks like a bunch of RCA remotes I've dealt with over the years. Several RCA DirecTV and one RCA 'Universal' remote. Try an RCA code for shits and giggles.

Yeah, its an RCA, I had my Xbox hooked up to my RCA TV, but couldnt use the remote because the xbox one kept turing off the TV when I changed chapters on DVD's

lol

thanks

i'll try the rca code

i called creative to ask the same question and the guy said "It's a proprietary system and we're not able to give out the code number" and i said "so i'm forced into using your remote instead of my universal remote?" and he said "Pretty much" :(

i know it's a long shot but does anyone have one of those $450.00 remote controls that you point the first remote to the remotes ass and press a button and it finds out the code and programs it into it? i think i saw it on tech tv.

Doesn't work that way, Learning remotes learn the functions of the buttons, not the code.

I cant give you a link, but you may be able to pick up a learning remote on ebay. I got my JBL/Microsoft Take One remote for $40.00. they originally sold for 400.00. These will do a lot more than just learn the buttons.
