Configured routing and remote access on windows 2003 standard server using all suggested settings. Router is linksys BEFSR41 version 3 with 1.05 firmware upgrade. Have server and client both set up for encrypted MS-CHAP v2 authentication. On router there are 4 ports forwarded to the server static IP.

port 1723 TCP to 192.168.1.100
port 500 TCP to 192.168.1.100
port 50 TCP to 192.168.1.100
port 51 UDP to 192.168.1.100

Attempting to connect to server from client with router external public IP and port 1723 (example- 24.182.145.234:1723). I get Error 800. I'm pretty sure I'm getting through the router cause I can enable remote management on the router and access it from the client by setting up port forwarding for their 8080 port. Ping and tracert also run fine from any remote location. Can anyone see anything wrong with what I have done so far. Please help if you can. Thanks.
