Remote access software with file transfer and chat features

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a solid remote access tool that works on both Windows and Mac and has built-in file transfer and chat features.
I often need to move files around and talk with the person on the other end during a session, so having it all in one app would make things a lot easier.
What are you all using or recommend?

There are quite a few options available. I’ve tested several myself. The popular ones like AnyDesk and Teamviewer work well and have versions for both Windows and Mac. They do offer free versions, but with some limits, and once you hit those, your connection will probably get cut off.
HelpWire is another one worth checking out, it’s free and works smoothly.
There’s also the built-in Windows Remote Desktop, which is free and doesn’t need any downloads but that’s only if you’re on Windows. The setup can be a bit tricky though, and the connection isn’t always super stable.

I was also going to recommend anydesk, it is self sufficient and I think team is also a good option.

I really like "rustdesk". But I have not tried the Chat or voice features of it, so I can't remark on that.
