Remap GTAV controller buttons?

I'm posting this here because I know it'll just get buried in Steam or Rockstar's forums.

I'm using an XBox 360 controller for flying in GTAV and specifically want to remap the yaw from LB and RB to the right analog stick. I think this makes more sense but how can I do it?

I think it's silly they don't give the option in the UI. Does anyone know of there's a config file I can edit or how else this can be accomplished?

I looked in the Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\"next directory"\ pc_settings.bin and cfg.bat with no dice on being able to modify them without potentially causing issue.

In Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V settings.xml this file seems to be only video/graphics config. I am not finding a file for editing button layout.

The install directory has nothing that is of any use.

You might be out of luck.
