reliable external HDD for use w/ server?

i'd like to purchase an external hdd for use with a windows sbs 2003 dell server. my experience is that the empty external hdds are made really cheap. Also, i hear issues of reliability with the WD My book.

I actually already have 2 seagates laying around, waiting to be put into external cases, but if i can't find a quality and tough external hdd, i'd rather just go with a full package. Main thing im looking for is reliability and build quality.

I need min. of 160gb but not really much more than that.

I have never known anyone use external drives for a server (ok, but SAS doesn't count). Data transfers are slow, plus I wouldn't want anyone knocking the server (or the drive) and the drive goes flying (with all that data).
