Reliable external harddrive enclosure?

I want to instal an SSD in my laptop and use the old harddrive as storage. Whats a good reliable harddrive enclosure?
 
Vantec are excellent. IcyDock are excellent. There are some others that are excellent.
 
Not trying to hijack the thread but add to it!

Anyone know external enclosures that allow LAN connectivity?.. ala WD NAS drives?

And I don't mean the $500 NAS enclosures that allow multiple drives. Just a trusty external enclosure that has a LAN port instead of usb3.0 (or both.. whichever)
 
A good quality external enclosure will be worth more than the HDD that came out of your laptop.
