reinstall drivers after adding 2nd video card?

Hey guys. I just added a 2nd board to complete my sli config. I now have 2 275 gtx's. Should I reinstall the drivers? Or can I just add the 2nd board and let windows detect it and auto install from the latest drivers I have installed? Also should I pick video board 1 or 2 or choose auto for physx processing? Thanks!

You should not need to reinstall the drivers, they will pick up the 2nd card. Leave physx on auto it should normally choose the card not connected to monitors.
 
Ok thanks...1 more question on sli. Do I need to hunt down sli patches for each game I want to use sli in? How does that work?
