Reinstall Client for Windows Networks and File Sharing?

Is it possible to completely uninstall Client for Windows Networks and File and Printer Sharing on Windows 2003? Then can I install them fresh from the CD? I believe that server at my house has those two corrupted and I don't want to result to a complete reinstall.
I have tried doing uninstall and install from the Network Properties to no avail, I want it fresh from the cd.

I can't do it through remote desktop, and I'm not at my house and I won't be for a week.
