I feel kinda stupid asking this, I know I should know the answer to this but I don't.
When I either double click on a registry file to enter it into the registry or I attempt to enter regedit from the run command prompt I get an error meassage saying "Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator" Considering that I am the only user on this machine and the administrator at that, I don't see how this is possible. Now the bigger issue is I have no idea where to go to change the setting back or to do whatever it is I need to do to gain access to my registry, Please help!
