I will buy this build next week if I can have confirmation everything checks out and will fit correctly. Also, if you all recommend something else, my budget is around $1700.

Haswell is just around the corner along the corner and gtx 700 series are already showing up. I would just hold on a little longer.
 
I don't think you need the "Silverstone Tek 19 Pin USB3.0 Adapter Cable - External to Internal (CP09)" I'm pretty sure that this case comes with the correct adapter to your motherboard for the USB3.0. (But I've read someone in this forum was having some trouble with the speed delivered by it).

Nice case, I thought about getting it. Haswell is about to come out but ITX boards usually trickle out after a new chipset comes out. I'm not sure how soon you need this machine but I would wait for Haswell but it might be a couple months. Definitely wait for the GTX 700 series.

The type of gaming I do wont need the new series of the graphic cards, I'm only getting the 670 for performance in the long run. I'm not crazy about graphics and such...just as long as the game runs I will be fine. As for the Haswell coming out, I'm not sure if the 5%-10% increase in performance justifies the premium price of newly released products.

Now would I really need 4gb Memory in the Video Card? Perhaps for a game like GTA5 that's coming out? I'm not sure if that is overkill.

The 770 gtx is supposed to be around the same price as the 670 gtx so I would get that instead also 4gb might be better depending on resolution. The only reason on waiting for haswell would be for the improved mini itx boards

Well in that case...if I'm running the somewhat standard 1920 x 1080, 4gb would be overkill wouldn't it? If so, I may aswell buy the 770. As for the release of Haswell; it states it's going to be released in June 3rd, but is that for PC Manufactures or will it let us buy it independently from newegg and such?

I also should have mentioned that I don't do any overclocking.
 
Be aware that GPUs with open air coolers don't cool very well in the FT03-mini. So you need one with a closed shroud ('reference cooler'). Unfortunately both EVGA's reference models for the GTX 770 are too long to fit in the case.

So actually that GTX 670 you linked was better for temperatures and size. Or save yourself $50 and get the 2GB model 02G-P4-2670-KR. I have the EVGA 660 Ti Superclocked and it's totally fine for gaming on one monitor.
 
Here is a question I'd like to ask, because it is also relevant to the OP:
Is it necessary to get a water cooler for the FT03-MINI if you are not going to play around with overclock? Shouldn't the stock cooler be enough in this case?

Unless your going for looks and such, there's no reason to get a water cooler if your not overclocking. But the only reason why I included one IS because of looks and simplicity. I bought the Corsair closed loop systems since they first came out and never had a single issue with them. Living out in Florida and with summer coming around, I want to make sure my system does not get hot. Many reasons factor into this, it's also a solution to quietness compared to some air coolers on the market. More of a personal preference.
 
Now you all got me thinking and if I want performance in the long run, I may buy the K version of the cpu and overclock sometime in the future instead of upgrading. The only thing I would really need to upgrade I believe is the graphics card. Also, will 16gb of ram suffice aswell?
