Can someone recommend me a cheap dremel that will do the job when i drill holes on the case? I need something tough but cheap cuz im only gonna use this once.

Borrow a friends drill and buy some holesaws of the appropriate size. Start small and work your way big. I wouldn't recommend trying to make precise holes for the size of tubing with a dremel. At least this is my experience.
 
probly have better luck in the case modding forum... that being said, go to wally world, pick up one of the black and decker dremel knock offs
