Refurbished Vid Card Question

If I was to encounter problems such as missing pixels on a video card that I purchased from the Egg as a refurbished and it has been about 3 months, am I out of luck?
 
um... doesn't it have a warranty? can't u just rma it back to the producer. if i remember correctly u can't send it back to newegg after that long of a period but im pretty certain u can rma it.
 
I thought that it just came with a 15 days warranty or something like that. You can refund it within 7 days.

Hmmm...it is a BBA, so my best bet is to Email ATI directly right?>
