Refurbished Power Supply?

1st off check reviews.. Some of the PP&C silencer series are only quiet compared to a f16,.
 
For that price, I'd get a new PSU. You can get an XFX Black Edition 650W PSU for around $60 after rebate these days, which makes it pointless to buy a refurbished and inferior PCP&C unit for the same price.

This man, he states the truth. They're loud as hell especially at higher loads.
I would definitely go with either Zero82z's suggestion or the Antec atarione linked.
