Would you recommend buying refurbished video cards, or anything on newegg.com?

if the warranty's ok..i'd buy one.

edit: as for "anything from newegg"...hell yes..newegg's the best online shop around.

i know people that exclusively buy refurbished items only, not becuase of price, but becuase they know a bench tech has tested it and made sure it's working properly.

I purchased a refurbished Video Card from the Egg a few months back. It was a BBA 9800PRO for $150 shipped. Still working just fine in my HTPC.

I say go for it if the deal sounds good.

my refurb 9800pro was an r350 core, and a ddr2 model but i knew that before i bought it. the r350 really hold me back
