Refurbished Dell LCD

Hey guys, I'm curious if anyone has purchased a refurbished Dell 2007wfp (or any refurbished Dell LCD for that matter) from the Dell Outlet? If so, what were your experiences and how was the LCD once it made it to your door?

I can't justify the $400 for a new 2007wfp, but a refurbished one for $290 I can manage.
If it sounds like a bad idea to go that route, I'd probably get the Viewsonic 2025wm.

So any suggestions or insight regarding buying refurbished, or an alternative 20" Widescreen would be appreciated, thanks!

The Dell Outlet is basically a big scam. Most of those items are new, and not refurbished. Go ahead and buy one, just make sure you see what they're listing it as (scratch, dent).

Just bit on one yesterday and should get it by 21, Dec. I'll post back when I get it up and running to let you know how it went.

For the price difference and initial warranty (which I'll know whether I want to keep it or not within hours of using it) I couldn't resist.

It's DELL.
They ARE refurbished 100%, but fixed and cleaned in process.
I got several monitors from RMA and they were practically new.

Dude,

F-- referb. Just go online to dell.com, you get 10% instantly, then get a 10% stackable coupon from gotapex, or someone here, or pay $4 for one on ebay, remember the free shipping, then your total cost will be $323.

Or to save a little more you could checkout gotapex.com, it looks like they are taking the monitor adding a cheap usb drive and getting 15% instead of 10% off, then adding the same coupon. They have it for $305 or so,
