Refund through Dell?

I was going to return a monitor I got from Dell but they said it would take up to 31 days for my refund. Has anyone had any experience with refunds with them?

I've had to wait 6 months on a refund before.. and I constantly got on them.. Although I did get 150$ in refunds and gift certificates back.. which is more than likely what happens with many people.. they receive the good but never actually mark it as 'received' because it doesn't go back to the same warehouse as it came from.

I returned a 2407 a few months back. I don't remember exactly how long it took to get the refund, but I do not believe it was more than two weeks.
