Have a Sun T-rex (Sony 24" widescreen tube) but if I use a 16:9 or 16:10 res I cant adjust the refresh rate above ~66 or ~76hz.. even editing INF's and other files and the registry was no help. This isnt related to it being a Sun monitor before you think that, either.

On a related note, got a clue how I can repair the screen? Its made of a crystal of some sort (damn hard stuff, chemical for repairing car windsheilds didnt even mark it) and I'd like to at least fill in the scratch on it (lower right about where the taskbar is). It likely wont look perfect, but it will be a lot better... i'll see about getting a pic sometime maybe.

see what kind of a pic I can get tomarrow.

anyone got an idea where a good place to ask this question might be if the pic fails?
