Far Cry freezes whenever I use VSync, and when I turn it off, I get fairly bad image tearing. If I change my LCD's refresh rate from 60Hz, to 75Hz, will that reduce some of the tearing? Or will this refresh rate change not have an effect on an LCD monitor?
