reformatting SCSI

I have a fubared install of Server 2003 and I have 3 drives in a RAID array on an Adaptec 2120S RAID card. What I'm trying to find out is "How do I reformat the drives?" or "Do I need to recreate the array" so that I can reinstall Server 2003? I'm a relative newb to SCSi devices and the Adaptec site really isn't much help at all! If any of you have a link or a site or doc I can go to I'd really appreciate it.

You should just be able to delete the FUBAR partition and create a new one using the 2K3 setup disk. The SCSI HBA BIOS is not going to have an option to format a new file system or partition the disk(s), but many of them have a low level format optio nthat eliminates any exisiting file system(s) on the disk(s).
 
Doh!!! Thanks. I forgot I was working with Windows. Not much sleep and being sick will do that. I'm reinstalling now.
 
Confirm, in the Adaptec BIOS, that the status of the array is "Optimal" ... if so, then (as DougLite indicated) you should be able to delete and recreate the partition as paret of the Windows 2003 Server install.
