Reduce Case Fan Noise (Coolermaster Wavemaster)

I've recently decided to do some upgrades on this system, and was thinking there might be a way to reduce the noise of the computer. Most of the noise is coming from the case fans (stock with the case). What would I need to do to cut back some of the noise?

It's 100% aluminum, so the reverberations of fans/hard drives will be significantly amplified (compared to a steel case).

Try soft mounting the fans with rubber grommets (Jab-Tech has some). Also, consider getting some quieter fans, and cutting out any fan grilles. Grilles = airflow obstruction and more airflow noise.
 
Could always try some Yate Loon fans, their quiet from what I have seen of peoples reviews of them here, and they get recommended a lot, just like the previous post said as well, some rubber spacers will help reduce the vibration, do you have fan controllers as well cause that would also help if you lower the RPM of the fan.
