Redline=Rage 3d tweaker?

Just installed the redline software with my 9800 PRO and it looked exactly like the now obsolete Rage 3D tweaker. So makes me wonder why do Sapphire releases it on a CD when it´s about what 300 kb free download from Rage3D??

Wasn´t too impressed with the package either. PowerDVD 5 2ch when I already got better 5 channel dvd players with other products. And that Tombraider game... Luckily I got this for the price and not for the bundle :D
